**How do i customize my set?

To customize your set include all information in the notes of checkout. This includes any color changes, and special request.

**When should I order?

I suggest giving at least 1-2 weeks notice before purchasing to make sure you have it on time.

**How do i track my order?

You will receive an email once your item has shipped with all tracking information. 

**Can I send a picture of a set i want, even if you dont have it shown on your website?

Yes you can. All designs can be submitted to me through email at [email protected] 

**What is the turnaround time for a order?

All sets can take up to 2 weeks to ship. 

** Can I get a refund on an item?

No refunds on ANY custom items or rush o͏͏r͏͏d͏͏e͏͏r͏͏ fees for ANY reason. Tutu needs to be returned within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.
